I’m a regular customer here and just went for a Carwash again today (Wednesday). It wasn’t busy. I left the place without checking and now that I looked to the backseat area of my car, it doesn’t seem like the ladies even wiped the seats or vacuumed the carpet. The exterior guys did a good job, but I don’t know what happened to the interior cleaning today. There were THREE ladies who worked on our car.. the stains on the seats aren’t even hard stains. If you simply put water on it the stain falls off. It just looks like it’s straight up not wiped at all

I used too look forward to bringing my vehicle here because they did a consistently decent job. lately, though, the service has gone down. the interior will still require additional cleaning, and very visible streaks on the outside and inside are more common than not now. they seem to be concerned about speed vs quality. I've since stopped going here unfortunately.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was hands down the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I paid $40 for what was supposed to be an exterior wash. The “hand wash” portion was barely done — it felt rushed and minimal. The drying process was even worse. Since I selected exterior only, they literally wiped the car for less than a minute and told me it was finished. My car was still covered in water. It looked like it had just been lightly rinsed. For $40, tire dressing was supposed to be included. The staff didn’t even know that tire dressing was part of the service. I had to point it out myself, and they had to go ask someone else to confirm. That’s basic service knowledge. Customers shouldn’t have to explain your own package details to your employees. This was extremely disappointing and felt careless and unprofessional. The quality did not match the price at all. Three stars would be generous — this honestly deserves zero. I would not recommend this place. 👎👎👎

I came in intending to get a car wash, but before getting in line I parked briefly to confirm pricing since the online prices didn’t match what was posted on-site. An employee named Sandra began yelling at me and insisted I get in line. I calmly explained I was just trying to check prices, but she repeatedly said she didn’t care and continued speaking in a rude and dismissive manner. When I asked if she could provide the pricing, she said she didn’t know and again told me to get in line. I let her know there was no reason to be disrespectful, especially since I was trying to bring business to the car wash. She responded that she didn’t care, which was extremely unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager. The first person I spoke with was not a manager. Another employee later explained that Sandra had recently returned from surgery and suggested that might explain her behavior. While I can understand personal circumstances, they don’t justify yelling at customers. I was offered a discount, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was basic respect and customer service. I ended up leaving and took my business to another car wash down the street, where I received excellent custom

The exterior wash was fine/ ok. The interior (included with the deluxe package) was NOT cleaned, just wiped down with the cheap, tire shine silicone stuff. And it’s not even. They smeared it into my speaker grills and places it’s going to be really hard to clean out now. I figured since I was paying ~$55 for a wash they’d at least wipe down with water and gentle cleanser. DO NOT get the interior washed here! You might as well give your kids a jar of Vaseline and see if they can do better.
